Over the years, she has worked with various large IT firms, honing her expertise in technology and business..
As the founder and president of XITM, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in the tech industry, providing innovative product development solutions and helping clients achieve business success. Her entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond the corporate world—she is also the founder of the Janayitri Foundation, where she channels her passion for philanthropy and social change.
In addition, Pushyami serves as the President of the Maryland Chapter of ITServe Alliance, where she is dedicated to fostering collaboration, growth, and innovation within the IT sector. Her leadership spans both professional and charitable endeavors, making her a respected figure in both industries.
